Registration Information
This year's conference will be held on June 4-5, 2009 and registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost for each participant is $90 for Mi-ACE or Mi-ICE members and $120 for non-members. There is an additional charge of $20 for those attending the New Member Session on June 4th.
Instructions
- Download and print the registration form (PDF).
- Fill out the form (one form for each attendee).
- Make your check payable to Mi-ACE.
- Send your registration and payment to:
